April 30, 2008

Dear Walnut Creek North Home Owner: 

As managing agent for The Walnut Creek North Homeowners Association, we are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday April 30th, 2008. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect candidates to the Board of Directors, present reports and conduct the business of the Association. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please fill out the enclosed Candidate Form and return it no later than April 25th, 2008 to : Walnut Creek North HOA, C/O Circle C Properties, 637 Buffalo Bend, Plano, TX, 75023. You can also fax it to 1-469-327-2726 or scan it then email it to hoacare@circlec.com.

 You may begin checking in for the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Also, enclosed for your convenience is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy to someone if you cannot attend, for the meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy. Please mail your signed proxy to: Circle C Properties, 637 Buffalo Bend, Plano, TX, 75023.  You may fax your proxy to 1-469-327-2726 or scan it and email it to hoacare@circlec.com.  Please do not assign the enclosed proxy to yourself.  The proxy will also be available on our website, circlec.com.

Notice about if you plan to build anything in your yard check your CCRs especially pools and sheds and they must go through the ACC direct them to the application.

TXU is responsible for fixing the lights in your neighborhood. It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks before the work to get done. If you notice street lights outs in the neighborhood please don’t hesitate to contact Circle C Properties at careof@circlec.com, or 972-578-8462  so we can call and get the work scheduled as soon as possible.

Alert about locking vehicles, closing garage doors, locking your house etc. Report to police any suspicious people around or vehicles especially at night hanging out in the vacant lots. There has been problems with this. Also leave on exterior lights if possible. Need to vigilant.
