                                                 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

April 30, 2009

To all Walnut Creek North Home Owners: 

This is notice that the Annual Meeting of the Walnut Creek North Homeowners Association will be held on Thursday April 30, 2009. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect candidates to the Board of Directors, review 2008 budget, present 2009 budget and conduct the business of the Association. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please fill out the enclosed Candidate Form and return it no later than April 25, 2009 to : Walnut Creek North HOA, C/O Circle C Properties, 2828 W. Parker Rd. Suite 104, Plano, TX, 75075. You can also fax it to 1-866-812-8811 or scan it then email it to hoacare@circlec.com.

 You may begin checking in for the meeting at 7:00 p.m. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the proxy that was in the packet that was mailed to you or print one by clicking 2009 Proxy link above. Notice about if you plan to build anything in your yard check your CCRs especially pools and sheds and they must go through the ACC direct them to the application.

TXU is responsible for the maintenance of street lights in your neighborhood. It can take up to 2 weeks for them to make a repair. If you notice street lights out in the neighborhood please don’t hesitate to contact Circle C Properties at careof@circlec.com, or 972 867 9727  so we can call and get the work scheduled as soon as possible.

Alert about locking vehicles, closing garage doors, locking your house etc. Report to police any suspicious people or vehicles around, especially at night hanging out in the vacant lots. Also leave on exterior lights if possible. Need to vigilant.
