Edge Resources Update:
Below is an email received from
Chris Smith at Edge Resourses
providing an update on the current
activities of Edge Resources.
We hope you and your
families had a wonderful
Thanksgiving and are continuing to
have a wonderful holiday season full
of lasting family memories. The
following is an update for the pad
site activities for the Debbie Lane
Pool.
The Debbie Lane Pool #2H well was
completed the first couple of weeks
in October. On the first day of
production, we recovered 1.4MMcfd.
On the 2nd day, we spiked to 5MMcfd,
which topped out in October at
7.3MMcfd. Over the past week or so,
production has seemingly settled in
around 5.7MMcfd per day. No telling
how long we’ll remain at these
levels but we’re hopeful.
We are now beginning the division
order opinion process with our title
attorney. Once he’s able to render a
legal opinion on the division of
interest, we’ll begin preparing
division orders for the close to
3,000 lessors participating in the
Debbie Lane Pool. Unfortunately, I
can’t say how long it will take our
attorney to render the opinion but
we are hopeful that we can get
division orders to you sometime
during the 1st quarter of 2012. The
process will be very similar, if not
identical, to the process you went
through with returning your division
orders for the 1V well.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll
notice the removal of our sound
walls. You may also see other
activity on the pad site, and this
likely will be when we’re removing
our temporary dehydration unit for a
permanent dehydration unit. We’re
currently working on scheduling this
with the vendor.
Other than that, Edge Resources
still seeks community liaisons
interested in disseminating updates
to your communities. Please contact
me if you’re willing to get involved
and you have access to email
distribution lists for the neighbors
in your HOA. Conversely, if you no
longer wish to receive updates,
please let me know and I’ll be glad
to remove you.
Edge Resources sincerely wishes the
best for you and your family this
holiday season.
Regards,
Chris Smith

WATER RESTRICTIONS
City
implements Stage 1 Drought
Restrictions on outdoor watering
This year's record high temperatures
are impacting water levels at the
lakes that supply most of Tarrant
County with water. As a result,
Mansfield is implementing Stage 1
Drought Restrictions, the first time
the city has ever put mandatory
water restrictions in place. This
regional plan is triggered when the
levels at the network of lakes
supplying the Tarrant Regional Water
District reach 75 percent. Without
significant rainfall to replenish
the lake levels, we have currently
reached 75 percent within the water
district.
Stage 1
Drought Restrictions are a
state-mandated response to
reductions in available water supply
and primarily impact outdoor
watering, allowing properties to
water landscaping twice weekly.
Residential and commercial
properties are on the following
schedule:
Monday - No
watering
Tuesday -
All non-residential sites and
apartments Wednesday - Residential
addresses ending in even numbers
(0,2,4,6,8) Thursday - Residential
addresses ending in odd numbers
(1,3,5,7,9) Friday - All
non-residential sites and apartments
Saturday - Residential addresses
ending in even numbers Sunday -
Residential addresses ending in odd
numbers The plan also does not allow
for businesses or residents to use
water to clean off parking lots,
sidewalks or buildings. Some
exceptions to the restrictions
include foundation watering (hand
watering or soaker hose only, 2
hours per day any day) and newly
planted sod (no restrictions for the
first 30 days after planting).
Large
irrigation systems such as those at
golf courses and schools, may apply
for a variance to modify their
schedule but will still water each
zone only twice a week. Athletic
fields are included in the
restrictions however can water to
meet league standards. And golf
courses may water tee boxes and
greens without restrictions under
Stage 1.
The city
will be leading by example,
following the restrictions as it
pertains to our parks, medians and
public grounds. For more
information, you can read the
complete drought plan.

Gas Lease
Update from Mike Martinez, Edge
Resources:
September 16, 2011
We have been
swamped in terms of processing all
of the Division Orders. Per a
conversation with our accountant we
are on pace to get our checks out in
the mail by the end of the month.
It is my hope
that you and your neighbor’s
expectations are not too high for
the following reasons:
1. 1)
Not everyone owns 100% of their
royalty rights.
2. 2)
This is a single vertical well
(which produce at significantly
lower rates than horizontal wells)
that is trying to get into a high
pressure line and the city’s
restrictions on compression have not
allowed us to address this issue. As
we move forward with the horizontal
wells compression problems will be
addressed.
3. 3)The
well only has production from June
24, 2010 through March 12, 2011.
4. 4)
This is a Large unit with nearly
3000 mineral owners.
After we have a
few horizontal wells online all of
us should be pleased.
Thank you again
for your patience.

We received the Division of interest from our attorney yesterday.
Various members of our staff
reviewed such upon receipt. We have
notified the attorney of a few
changes that must be made based upon
a variety of issues. I would imagine
our attorney will have the updated
Division of Interest to us in a day
or so. Upon final review we will
send to our accountant for entry
into the accounting system and
creation of our Division Orders. I
am very hopeful Division Orders will
be mailed out next week.
I am out of town right now but I
have copied my partner and a few
members of our staff that are
handling this matter so they are can
be aware of our communication. I
wish this was already completed but
as I previously stated this is such
an enormous undertaking it is almost
impossible to estimate a completion
date. However, we are a lot further
along than we were a month ago and I
am positive we are very close to a
mail out date. There are many people
working diligently on this and we
are committed to wrapping this up as
soon as possible.
As far as Edge filing for
bankruptcy, that is a complete
rumor. Our capital partners are
committed to this project and we are
well funded. The rig should be on
location in a few weeks to drill at
least one additional well at the
cost of $5.2 million.
Thank you for your continued
patience.
