Fourth of July Trike/Bike and Wagon Parade           

Saturday July 3rd. @ 10:00a.m.

We will line the kids up beginning at 10:00 am in the cul-de-sac on Miterton Ct. Everyone is encouraged to decorate bikes, wagons, trikes, etc. for the parade. Parents can bring lawn chairs to set up along the sidewalk to cheer on the kids.  Following the parade, we'll have ice cream sundaes for everyone courtesy of our HOA.

 

Results of 2010 Annual Meeting

Pete Shryock retired from service on the board, thank you Pete for your years of service.

Stewart Bonner was elected to fill the position vacated by Pete Shryock, welcome Stewart.

Updated Edge Resource Information from Board President Pete Shryock - 03/02/2010

"I talked to Alex from Edge Resources on March 2, 2010.  I asked him when we could expect to receive Royalty Checks.  he siad they had not completed the Division Orders and thought the Division Orders (which verifies who owns how much of the Royalty on each property) would be completed by the end of April or early may.  I reminded him that the last time we talked he gave me a Feb/March time period.  He said it is a lengthy process which includes attorneys researching information.  I asked him if any gas had been pumped out of the well yet and he replied NO.  he said that once the division orders are mailed to the individual property owners, then the property owners return the Division owners to Edge and start receiving royalties approximately 3 months after that date."               Pete Shryock

Roof Damage Repairs

With the recent storms we realize that many of the Walnut Creek North Homeowner’s may have to have their roofs replaced. Unfortunately this can be a major inconvenience as well as expensive. The Board of Directors is very sympathetic for all of the homeowner’s facing these issues.

 To assist you regarding the replacement of your roof the Board has provided the following:

  • The best resolution is to use the same materials and coloring of your existing roof.
  • If this cannot be done please use materials that are compatible in scale, materials, and colors with your own home and adjacent houses. Pitched roofs should match the slope of your house.
  • If you wish to alter your roof, please submit an Architectural Application located further down on this website.
