The Vineyards' Pool Rules to Remember

• There is no lifeguard on duty
• Swim at your own risk
• No glass allowed in in the pool area
• No smoking or alcoholic beverages
  in the pool area
• No diving
• No hanging from the ladders
• No running, pushing, or horseplay
• No large flotation devices
• No pets
• Proper swimwear must
  be worn at all times

• Discard trash and food in the receptacle provided
• All guests must be accompanied by a Vineyards at Heritage resident
• Adult supervision is required for all children under 14 years of age
• Pool is for private use only
• Proof of residency may be required
• The HOA reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at anytime
• Pool hours: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

For those of you who are new to the neighborhood, you must sign a pool waiver form before gaining access to the pool area. If you have questions about obtaining a gate key, contact Circle C Properties . Remember, no one is to be allowed into the pool area without a gate key!
