Collection Policy~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Assessments are due on Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, and Oct 1st.

Dues are late on Jan 11th, Apr 11th, Jul 11th, and Oct 11th.

Late charges are issued on the 11th of every month for anyone with a balance of $25 or more.

Late charges include: a $25 late fee, a $15 collection fee, and 12% interest annually.
