Leasing From Circle C Properties
Circle C Properties has been offering quality rental properties in the DFW area since 1991. Although our client owners and the protection of
their interests are our number one priority, we treat our tenants fairly and honestly. Our goal is to provide a pleasant living environment for all
of our tenants. The long-term relationships we cultivate with our tenants are one of the things that set us apart from other managers. We do our
best to work with tenants in any way we can within the terms of the lease to find a solution for whatever problem may arise. Our specialized
departments ensure that you are getting the most knowledge and speaking to the person who can best handle your particular question or concern.
This helps our tenants because they can speak to the same person each time and know that each manager is familiar with their particular portion of the account.
Our maintenance department is available for emergency repairs at any time of the day on our hotline, 972-867-9727 x104; and takes all repair requests
during business hours. The maintenance manager, Javier Paniagua, has many years experience coordinating repairs and has several vendors on call that
have worked with Circle C for years.
The accounting department handles all payments, charges and lease renewals. Our accounting manager, Elizabeth Buchanan, can be reached during business
hours for any questions regarding a tenant's balance or ledger sheet at 972-867-9727x105. All lease renewals are sent from and negotiated with the accounting department as well.
We work hard to keep all of our clients happy and residing in a safe environment.
- Tenants are able to fax, e mail or call in repairs for flexibility.
- We do not charge tenants a fee for reporting repairs, but encourage them to call us and let us take care of any issue that may arise.
- Tenants are only responsible for damages to the property, as outlined in their lease.
- Circle C is able to receive payments via mail, hand delivery or our on line payment system.
- Our on line payment system at paylease.com allows tenants to use credit cards or checking accounts.
- We provide many ways to ensure that rent is paid on time so tenants can avoid late fees.
- Rental inspections are done on each property twice a year to check for any large issues with the property such as cracks or leaks that
could cause larger damage if not tended to and hinder tenant's lives.
