ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS
May 4th, 2021 7:00 P.M. - UNTIL 8:00

In accordance with Article IV, Section 4.05 of the Bylaws of The Parks of Carrollton Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that the Annual Homeowners meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 4th 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held by electronic Zoom format (Instructions included in notice)for the following purpose:

	I.	Call to order and Certify Proxies
	II.	Proof of Notice of Meeting
	III.	Reading and disposal of Unapproved Minutes of Prior Meeting
	IV.	Reports of Officers
	V.	Election of Directors
	VI.	Unfinished Business
	VII.	New Business
	VIII.	Adjournment

There is a drop box at 1328 Yellowstone by the mailbox that you can place your proxy in if you'd like.

 Architectural Change Requests

Please remember that any and all additions, construction or changes to your property need to be submitted to the Board in the form of an Architectural Change Application. One is available on our website for your convenience. You may mail or fax your request in and we will submit to the Board. ACC requests will be reviewed to assure that they comply with the Restrictions, Covenants and Rules of the Association. These requests must be submitted and approved before a city permit is applied for.
