Circle C offers professional Home Owner and Condominium Association Management services based on the guidelines provided for in the governing documents of the Association. We are members of the Community Associations Institute and experienced in all aspects of Association management. We have the systems in place to provide accurate, responsive service to home owners, board members, vendors and title companies.

• Assist the board to effectively govern within the budget and keep residents informed
• Full service or accounting only services offered
• Records Maintenance
• Accurate financial reports
• Community Inspections, if requested and required by community documents
• Deed restriction and Architectural compliance, including violation mailings for non-compliance
• Process dues payments
• Pay vendor invoices
• Assist the Board in vendor selection
• Prepare annual report for audit and tax preparation
• Prepare and mail notices and agenda for annual meeting
• Attend annual meetings
