The Board of
Directors and Circle C Properties as the management company would
like to inform all residents that there has been a higher than
normal occurrence of vandalism, theft and various other incidents
such as car robberies in the immediate and surrounding areas of the
neighborhood. Carrollton police and city government are aware and
investigating all information and crimes and have an ongoing concern
for the activities in the area.
Please review
some safety suggestion guidelines for your home:

Keep car
locked and all personal belongings out of sight.

Garage doors
should remain closed at all times when not in use

Please keep
outside lights on whenever possible or install motion detection
lights on your property if possible.

Keep gates
and/or other fencing locked and closed at all times when not in
use.

Please report
any suspicious activity you may notice in the neighborhood and
surrounding areas.

will begin driving the neighborhood to check for
• Sagging or 'downed' fences
• tall weeds and grass; un-edged lawns
• low hanging limbs over sidewalks
• window-unit air conditioners in windows
• trailers permanently parked in the street
• broken down or abondoned cars on the street or in driveways
• trash awaiting pickup sitting on the sidewalk or out in the street
obstructing foot or vehicle traffic
• large travel trailers parked in front of homes or in driveways
• materials, supplies or junk stored beside houses or in driveways
• power cords or utility cables strung along allies or across allies
