NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

February 16, 2008

Dear Glenview Estates Home Owner:

As managing agent for The Glenview Estates Homeowners Association, we are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday February 16, 2008. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect members of the Board of Directors, present reports and conduct the business of the Association. We would like to remind you how important involvement within your community is. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors or the ACC committee please attend the annual meeting.

Please note we are electing a whole new board due to resignations and one term up. We will be filling three board positions:

1 one year term

1 two year term

1 three year term

Meeting time and location:

Time: Meeting – 11:00 a.m.

The meeting will begin at 11:00 in the meeting room. Also, enclosed for your convenience is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy to someone if you cannot attend, for the meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy. Please mail your signed proxy to: Circle C Properties, 637 Buffalo Bend, Plano, TX, 75023, or you may fax your proxy to 972-424-4109. Please do not assign the enclosed proxy to yourself. The proxy will also be available on our website, circlec.com.

• Sagging or 'downed' fences
• tall weeds and grass; un-edged lawns
• low hanging limbs over sidewalks
• window-unit air conditioners in windows
• trailers permanently parked in the street
• broken down or abandoned cars on the street or in driveways
• trash awaiting pickup sitting on the sidewalk or out in the street obstructing foot or vehicle traffic
• large travel trailers parked in front of homes or in driveways
• materials, supplies or junk stored beside houses or in driveways
