The Circle C Team is a family operated business.  Founded in 1991 by Beverly Christensen the business is now a 5 family member operation with 2 additional staff.  Our team of contactors and assistants provide the personal service that keeps you in touch with your interests.  With a variation of talents ranging from marketing, accounting, decorating, planning, evaluation, people skills, web marketing, advertising, coordination, research, and to continual development and education of the skills required we make your investment and our relationship successful.  Each of our members has a specialized field that they are most knowledgeable in so we are able to be confident in many different areas without stretching ourselves too thin.  We also have a very wide variety of loyal vendors that take care of virtually any problem that may arise.  We do our best to keep tenants happy so they will continue their contracts while being firm enough to let them know our owners come first

Dave Christensen is the broker and principle of operations for Circle C Properties. He began his training in 1996 assisting Beverly in the small property management business she acquired from an associate. He has 20 years background in contracting and flooring installation prior to his Real Estate career. He has acquired designations in Property Management, HOA management, technology and a broker license. Under his guidance the business grew 55% in 2006 and is on pace to post a banner year in growth again for 2007.

 I love being a salesman.  My clients describe me as proactive, honest, a risk taker, committed, enthusiastic and a leader.  I strive to learn something new every day, continue to challenge myself and others and go the extra mile for friends, family and clients.  My goals are to provide ideas, present opportunities and bring value to others.  I am driven by sense of accomplishment and doing things non one else can do.  My philosophy is to be the best at what I do and have fun doing it.

Sylvia comes from a background of 17 years of property management experience, which includes management of apartments and single family homes.  She continues to use this proficiency to maintain her own rental properties.  She recently entered the Sales industry and has found that her previous experience has proven to be quite useful in all aspects of the Real Estate industry.  Familiarity in this field gives her the ability to ‘wear many hats’ while maintaining a professional and caring attitude. Her personal motto is, ‘Always be honest and fair, and treat others with the respect they deserve.’ Sylvia originally grew up in the farmlands of Nebraska and moved to Texas over 20 years ago, first to Houston and then to the Dallas area.  She now lives in Plano with her husband John, her son Ian, and the family cats.  In addition to being a soccer and karate mom she is a volunteer at her son’s school.  In her spare time she enjoys going on long walks, reading and SCUBA diving.

Elizabeth, among other things, handles the accounting aspect of the company as well as serving as assistant to Beverly.  She is responsible for entering rent, paying bills and sending out owner reports.  She also keeps track of lease renewals and rent collections.  Although Liz is the youngest member of the Circle C Team, she has worked with the company from the beginning.  She began filing and organizing in Beverly’s first home office in 1994.  She is currently working to get her accounting degree and real estate license having studied at several colleges in the area including Richland College, Collin College, and UTD.  She is happily engaged and lives in Allen with her cats and fiancé, Thomas.  Elizabeth enjoys watching football and reading in her spare time.

Laura Gilliam

Laura has recently joined Circle C Properties from a long career with Federated Dept Stores to help run the Homeowners association branch of  the company. She is a Dallas native of 36 years including attending the University of Texas at Dallas.
