Collin Square HOA Assessments
Amount: $30 per month
Due: 1st of each month
Late: Postmarked after the 10th of month
Fees: $20 late fee will be assessed after the 10th
Homeowner will be responsible for the following costs:
• $8 for any registered mail (late notices)
• Any Lawyer fees incurred
• 18% interest may be applied after 60 days delinquent
• Lien may be placed on home in delinquent status
• Any other collection costs
