Dave
Christensen RMP, CMCA, e-PRO, Broker:
Dave Christensen is the
broker and principle of operations for Circle C
Properties. He began his training in 1996 assisting
Beverly in the small property management business she
acquired from an associate. He has 20 years background
in contracting and flooring installation prior to his
Real Estate career. He has acquired designations in
Property Management, HOA management, technology and a
broker license. Under his guidance the business grew 55%
in 2006 and is on pace to post a banner year in growth
again for 2007 and 2008.
Dave
holds the Designation RMP (Residential Management
Professional). A designation earned through the National
Association of residential Property managers 2006
(NARPM), and one of 6 in Dallas. In his first 5 months
of joining NARPM, Dave took the Rocky Maxwell award at
the National Convention. The Award is given to the
member who shows extraordinary effort for a new member
of less than 18 months. He was awarded that for the
redesign of the Dallas Chapter website and volunteer
work associated with a vibrant award winning chapter for
the year 2005. He is currently at 30 months
President of the Greater Dallas Chapter working in
chapter leader capacity and will hold the office
President for the 2008 chapter year. The
organization has 1000’s of members nationwide and is the
Residential Property Management Industry resource of
education and recognition of accomplishment in the
field. He has taught Technology and web design classes
for national conventions and leadership seminars.

Dave
holds the designation CMCA (Certified Manager of
Community Associations). CAI (Community Association
Institute) is a national Organization
for educational and recognition of professionalism in
the Home Owner associations field. It is the regulatory
body for the two states that require Licensing. Although
Texas is not one of those states yet he holds the
designation from his commitment to professionalism in
the the industry and service to Circle C's clients

Dave
Holds the e-PRO designation recognized and earned by
Education from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
It is a professional accreditation for internet, e-mail,
web and technology ethics and knowledge.

Dave
Has been named Vice Chair of the newly formed Collin
County Association of Realtors Property Management
Committee. Chair of the committee is J.C. Posey, a past CCAR president and Former Broker. Dave was instrumental
in getting the committee formed for Collin County having
been a member of the large Metorex committee in Dallas
for years and seeing the value of it.

Dave
has completed and Graduated from the Texas Realtor
Leadership Program, TRLP of Collin County. This is a
program of selected Realtors and Real Estate Industry
leaders to further their leadership skills to lead on
the association, State and National level of all the
regulating bodies of Real Estate. He has been chosen
upon graduation as the class 3 representative to serve
on the advisory committee for the ongoing program. This
program was one the most rewarding of all the education
he has undergone.

Dave
since 1996 when he developed his first Web Design, has
been designing and maintaining web sites in many
capacity's. He has developed, designed an
maintained dozens of web sites. He has a working
knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and has
built Circle C Properties on Organic rankings in the
search engines. He has collaboration with other top
Dallas graphics designers developed web sites for
Companies that have made the fortune 500 list. He
currently still oversees all the web development and
maintenance for Circle C. He has consulted and worked
within the NARPM organization for development and
education in the web design and internet information
areas holding information officer title for The Dallas
NARPM chapter for 2 years and, the same title for
District 8 of the National Little league organization.
The use of the internet to disseminate information in
all aspects of his leadership roles has created the
expertise to become an educator in the field.
Dave
is the proud father of Collin Christensen, 16 who lives
with him in full time as primary care giver. He has
maintained A and high B averages in high school and is a
talented musician.
Dave
has had the music interest since the young age of 9.
Songwriter and Manager for his own rock group still
performs on an occasional basis. He over years the has
performed in most main venues in Dallas including

Dave has over the course of a son growing up held many
leadership roles with the Little league Organization.
Beginning with coaching for 5 years he eventually took
the role of league President for the years 2004 and
2005. During those years his communication to the league
through the the web led him to also hold information
officer for the Texas district 8. He successfully pushed
through the City of Garland City Council a measure to
name the Norman Groves 90 foot field after a long time
mentor and 20 year Little League volunteer Boyce
Patterson. The 90 foot regulation field no holds the
name "Patterson" Field in his honor
Dave
enjoyed his years with the Cub Scouts with his son. The
years 1999 and 2000 he volunteered and was named "Cub
Master" for Golden Meadows pack 1025 in Garland. He then
ran Dens also. The experience was a great one for both
Son and Father.
Dave
Currently studies
Martial Arts in the form of Kung Fu. Having Progressed
to his 4th belt in his second year he finds the physical
and mental challenge a welcome relief from the busy
world of Real Estate. He placed 2nd and 3rd in two State
championship events in 2007. Dave came form a contractor
background and needed the physical challenge to replace
the years of working hard physically and keeping in
excellent shape. Kung Fu has fit the bill to a Tee not
only giving the physical and mental challenge but the
opportunity and satisfaction to teach the students
coming up behind him which he enjoys and finds
challenging.
